Frequently asked questions

Commercial terms, technical selection and after-sales — the questions buyers ask us most often.

Products and brands

Which brands can you supply?
Elektror, Gardner Denver, Elmo Rietschle, NASH and FPZ are our core lines — side channel and centrifugal blowers, liquid ring and rotary vane vacuum pumps, plus accessories and spare parts. Other brands can be sourced on request.
Are the units genuine?
Yes. Units and spare parts are sourced through traceable channels, and the batch or serial information is recorded so it can be verified.
Can you supply explosion-proof units?
Yes. ATEX-rated complete units are available, with motor, terminal box and materials matched to the classified area. Tell us the zone, gas group and temperature class when you enquire.
Do you supply stainless steel or corrosion-resistant versions?
Yes, for aggressive or hygienic process air, with stainless steel wetted parts and matched impeller and housing.

Selection and technical

How do I choose the right model?
Send us the working conditions: required flow rate, pressure or vacuum level, conveyed media, ambient and media temperature, voltage and whether the area is classified as hazardous. We reply with a matched model and alternatives.
What information do you need to quote?
The duty point, the quantity, the destination country and the required delivery date. For replacement units, a photo of the existing model plate is the fastest route.
Can a blower work as both a pressure and a vacuum unit?
Side channel blowers have both a suction and a pressure port, so one unit can serve either duty. The performance differs slightly between the two ports, and we will confirm the figures for the port you intend to use.
What affects the delivered flow rate?
The system resistance, the pipework diameter and length, filtration, altitude and temperature all change the operating point. A unit is always selected against the system curve, not the free-air figure on its own.

Orders, shipping and after-sales

What are your MOQ and payment terms?
MOQ depends on the model and brand, and trial or sample orders are possible. Payment, lead time and shipping terms are confirmed with each quotation.
How do you handle shipping?
We ship worldwide by air, sea and express. Consignments are packed for export, and we can combine units, accessories and spares into one shipment.
Do you support OEM and ODM orders?
Yes. We supply neutral-labelled units and customised assemblies for equipment builders and distributors, subject to model and order volume.
What after-sales support is available?
Technical documentation, commissioning guidance, troubleshooting support and a maintained supply of spare parts for the ranges we supply.
Can you supply spare parts for units bought elsewhere?
Yes, subject to the brand and model. Send the model plate photo or the serial number and we will check availability.
