Selection, supply and after-sales
A blower or vacuum pump is only as good as the support behind it. We cover the whole service life of the unit — from the first sizing question to the spare part that keeps it running in year five.
What we support
Model selection
Send the working conditions and we will identify the suitable models across the brands we carry, explain the trade-offs and confirm the motor and impeller configuration. If the duty point sits between two frames, we will say so rather than oversell the larger unit.
Installation and commissioning
Blowers are sensitive to pipework, filtration and cooling air. We supply installation guidance, connection drawings and commissioning checklists so the unit starts on the right foot.
Spare parts and consumables
Filters, silencers, flexible connectors, non-return valves, pressure relief valves, belts, seals, gaskets and vanes are held for the ranges we supply. Send the model plate photo and we will match the part.
Troubleshooting
If a unit is overheating, noisy, losing pressure or tripping, describe the symptoms and send the operating readings. Most issues come down to filtration, cooling, pipework restriction or motor protection settings, and can be resolved without a site visit.
