Technical description

Where aluminium cannot survive the process, the casing and rotor are produced in steel or stainless steel. The S series covers low, medium and high pressure duty with capacity up to 184 m3/min and static pressure up to 26,950 Pa, using a laser-welded 1.4301 stainless steel casing and a backward-curved rotor in stainless steel or aluminium.

The PTFE lip seal and Niro shaft keep the unit sealed and corrosion resistant even at elevated media temperatures, which is why the range is used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food and wastewater duty where hygiene and material resistance both matter.
