The challenge

Conveying lines lose capacity when the blower curve does not match the system resistance, and abrasive or dusty media wear out a poorly protected unit.

How we specify it

Side channel blowers sized on the conveying pressure and the air velocity in the pipe, with inlet filtration and a pressure relief valve. Large volume duty uses the bigger frames; long runs with high resistance use high pressure frames.

What it delivers

A stable conveying rate over the whole pipe run, with filtration and relief protection that keeps abrasive media out of the machine.
