Technical description

The 2BV2 is a direct-coupled liquid ring vacuum pump and compressor. Working fluid consumption is up to 50 percent lower than a conventional arrangement, gas capacity reaches 120 m3/h and the pump works safely even under extreme conditions such as wet duty.

The shaft is stainless steel for corrosion resistance, the body can be supplied in all-stainless construction, and the unit can be fitted with a standard or explosion-proof motor. Material combinations include stainless steel, bronze, ceramics, cast iron and ceramic coating, so the pump is configured to the process rather than to a catalogue.
